Product Introduction

 

The valve plate and valve seat are made of lined ethylene propylene rubber material, which can maintain excellent elasticity even at a working temperature of 80 ℃. Ethylene propylene rubber has strong resistance to water and steam, and will not harden even after long-term contact with hot water, making it more durable than nitrile rubber. At the same time, the low friction coefficient of ethylene propylene rubber can reduce the wear of valve plates during the opening and closing process, which can extend the replacement cycle of sealing components.

Compare With Other Products

 

Compared with blue or black flange butterfly valves, dark flange butterfly valves are not easy to locate in industrial environments, and surface stains are also difficult to detect. However, a white valve body can avoid this problem.

Compared with electric flange butterfly valves, electric butterfly valves can be remotely controlled, but they have higher procurement costs and require power support. This turbine flange butterfly valve is easy to operate, has lower maintenance costs, and is suitable for scenarios without power support and limited budget.

Compared with all stainless steel turbine butterfly valves, although all stainless steel has stronger corrosion resistance, the cost is also higher.
