This balance valve adopts a high-strength ductile iron valve body, with a pressure rating of PN16, and the valve strictly passes ISO 5208 standard testing. Even during severe pressure fluctuations, the valve body not only does not deform, but also reduces damage rates and installation risks to ensure long-term stable operation and extend the service life of our valves.
The valve is designed with low pressure loss, and the full bore flow channel can ensure unobstructed passage of water and other media. Our produced balance valve has been tested and compared, and the core point is to reduce water pump energy consumption by 15-25% compared to other ordinary valves. In addition, anti jamming design has been made, and impurities inside will be discharged along with the water flow, which can reduce the need for after-sales maintenance.
Application:
Central heating/cooling system: A typical problem is that the remote user's room temperature does not meet the standard, but the near end overheats and wastes energy. This situation can be solved by using a balance valve because it can accurately allocate flow.
Industrial cooling water circulation often leads to accidents due to uneven cooling of multiple devices. By using a balance valve, the required flow rate of the equipment can be directly set through the Kv value scale to prevent accidents from occurring. It should be noted that the temperature resistance range of the valve is -10℃~80℃. In addition, it is important to regularly rotate the valve stem to prevent jamming.
The regional water supply boosting system often experiences situations such as insufficient water pressure at high levels and pipeline bursts at low levels. This balance valve, combined with a pressure sensor, can achieve dynamic balance. The valve body has the advantage of a full bore design and will not affect the flow rate of firefighting water.
