The three-piece ball valve features a tri-segment modular design: two CF8/CF8M stainless steel or carbon steel end flanges bolted to a central body, suitable for PN16 pressure and media ≤120°C. The precision-lapped ball (roundness ≤0.02mm) pairs with a PTFE seat or metal hard seal for bidirectional zero leakage in high-purity liquids, gases, and mildly corrosive fluids. Stem options include galvanized steel, 2Cr13 stainless steel, or 304 stainless steel, coated for enhanced durability.
