Product Introduction

It can be used in municipal sewage treatment systems, with high requirements for valves, especially corrosion resistance and sealing. In this fully lined pneumatic butterfly valve with ethylene propylene rubber, the material of the valve plate has acid and alkali resistance, and can maintain good sealing even in long-term contact with sewage. The valve can withstand a pressure test of 1.6 PMa.

Product Maintenance

Every week, it is necessary to check the double acting starter actuator to ensure that the air source pressure is in a stable state. If the pressure is too high, it will cause the seal to age, while if it is too low, it will affect the opening and closing speed. It is necessary to regularly observe whether there is any abnormal sound during the operation of the actuator. You can apply soapy water to the tracheal interface, and the bubbling area is the leakage point. The sealing ring needs to be replaced in a timely manner.

Wipe the surface of the valve body monthly and observe for any residual media. If there is, use a neutral cleaning agent to wipe it. The lining rubber plate needs to be inspected every six months, and any damage should be replaced promptly. Unused valves should be stored in a semi open position to prevent long-term compression deformation, and attention should be paid to keeping them away from direct sunlight.
