Product Introduction
As a critical flexible connector, the rubber expansion joint absorbs pipeline displacement and vibration to prevent flange leaks or pipe fractures. Its multi-layer structure - EPDM inner lining, polyester reinforcement, and CR outer cover - delivers impact resistance and chemical compatibility. Flanges meet international standards for reliable sealing. Widely used in HVAC water circulation, pump discharge lines, and industrial process piping, it excels in systems with frequent start-stop cycles or thermal fluctuations, ensuring safe and quiet operation.
Product Features
The rubber expansion joint utilizes a composite laminate of natural and synthetic rubber with embedded polyester cord reinforcement, offering high elasticity and tensile strength for PN10-PN16 pressure ratings. The inner EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) layer resists temperatures up to 80°C, weak acids/alkalis, and ozone, while the outer CR (Chloroprene Rubber) layer provides UV and weathering resistance (-20°C to 80°C). Flanges comply with GB/T 9119 standards and support ANSI, DIN, and JIS connections. Its concentric reducer design allows 30% axial compression and 15° radial deflection to compensate for pipeline movement.
