Precautions For Use

The installation environment needs to match the characteristics of this locator: the model is YT-1000RDI, the serial number is P250604246, and the Ex ia ll CT6 explosion-proof rating is added, suitable for installation in hazardous areas with flammability and explosiveness. The matched valve body and valve plate are made of 304 stainless steel material. Although they have certain corrosion resistance, the pneumatic actuator and locator also need protection, and the temperature of the working environment should be controlled between -20~70 ℃.

The input signal of the locator is 4-20mA DC, and electromagnetic interference should be avoided during installation. The supply pressure of the double acting pneumatic actuator needs to be stable at 1.4-7kgf/cm ². The overall temperature resistance of the valve is 80 ℃ to avoid excessive temperature transmission to the locator. Check the connection of the locator for looseness every week and clean the locator vent regularly to prevent dust blockage from affecting heat dissipation.

Compare With Other Products

Most ordinary pneumatic butterfly valves do not have explosion-proof designs, but the Ex ia ll CT6 explosion-proof rating of this locator can meet the requirements for use in hazardous areas.

The working temperature of ordinary actuators is -10~60 ℃, while this locator supports -20~70 ℃, making it stable even for outdoor pipelines or high-temperature workshops.

For those who want to upgrade and add locators in the later stage, additional orders need to be placed for installation, and this product is equipped with YT-1000RDI locators, which do not require additional debugging during installation. The probability of failure during use is much lower than that of assembled products, reducing your after-sales maintenance costs.
