Product Advantages

 

The valve body and valve plate are both made of ductile iron material, which has excellent compressive performance and can withstand PN16 pressure. The valve body will not deform and can withstand high-pressure impacts. The wear resistance of ductile iron can reduce the friction loss of the valve. Even under working conditions of 80 ℃, the performance of the valve will not deteriorate, making it suitable for medium temperature scenarios such as hot water circulation.

In addition, the wafer type design is very convenient to install, without the need for flange gaskets during installation. Bolts are used to connect the valve and pipeline flanges, saving installation space. This design also saves installation space and improves construction efficiency.

Comparison with other products

 

Compared with ordinary electric butterfly valves, the adjustment accuracy of ordinary electric butterfly valves is relatively low, which may not perform well in fine flow regulation scenarios. However, this multi turn electric actuator can more accurately control the angle of the valve plate and reduce material waste. In addition, multi turn electric actuators have a larger output torque and are also suitable for pipelines with larger diameters.

Compared to pneumatic butterfly valves, pneumatic butterfly valves cannot be used in scenarios without a gas source. But electric butterfly valves only need to be connected to the power supply to work directly, and their response speed is more stable.
